INFORMATION SESSIONS Antigonish Fringe Plan RE: Proposed amendments to the Commercial designation and zones in the Antigonish Fringe Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-Law incorporating newGateway Commercial (GC-1) and Local Commercial (LC-2) zones. The intent of these amendments is to establish new comprehensive land use policy for the area around the Antigonish Highway 104 By-pass and the new interchanges assuming a primarily commercial focus for development. These amendments will include new site plan, signage, landscaping requirements as well as rezong criteria for commercial development along this new highway corridor.
